Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms cover your use of Rosie, a personal AI assistant available over iMessage and at tryrosie.app. By using Rosie you agree to them.

An invite-only beta

Rosie is an early, invite-only service run by an individual developer. Features may change, break, or be removed, and access may be paused or ended at any time.

Rosie is an AI and can make mistakes

Rosie’s answers and actions come from AI models and may be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before relying on it. Rosie is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency help. In an emergency, call 911.

Actions Rosie takes for you

  • You are responsible for the requests you make and the actions you approve, including emails sent, events created, purchases, and phone calls.
  • Purchases with a saved card happen only after you approve them, up to your spending cap.
  • Phone calls happen only after you confirm them. Every call discloses that Rosie is an AI and that the call is recorded. You are responsible for making sure you may lawfully have Rosie call the person or business you choose.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Rosie to:

  • harass, threaten, deceive, or impersonate anyone;
  • place spam, sales, robocall, or unwanted repeated calls;
  • break the law or anyone else’s rights;
  • access accounts or systems you aren’t authorized to use; or
  • attempt to break, overload, or get around Rosie’s safeguards.

Accounts that misuse Rosie may be suspended.

Your content and accounts

Your messages, memories, and data remain yours. You give Rosie permission to use them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of connected services such as Google is also governed by their terms.

No warranty and limited liability

Rosie is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Rosie’s operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from AI errors, third-party services, or actions you approved.
